Bing vs Google
For the following searches I have used the Firefox browser(which I rarely use) for running both Bing and Google so as to prevent any bias due to my search history. Both Bing and Google were run from with search preference en-Us.
When you search for a movie, the side ticker in Bing gives you a short summary of the movie's story, while on Google it just returns the first paragraph of the movie's wikipedia page(which normally happens to contain info on the cast and crew):
When you search for lesser known people, Bing will return a side ticker with the LinkedIn information(user description, experience, etc.) of a/the person with the same name. Note however, this doesn't seem to fire for all people with a LinkedIn profile. Eg:

Apart form this there are many differences in the answers provided by Bing and Google. For example, the query "Steve net worth" fires this answer on Bing:
while Google returns nothing special. On the other hand, a search for "Butter vs honey" returns this answer on Google:
and nothing special on Bing.
Then finally there is the social sphere. Here, Bing probably has the upper hand since as far as social searches go Bing has access to Facebook data. Plus Bing also actively makes use of Twitter, foursquare, Quora, Klout and Google+ data.http://www.bing.com/explo re/social/
